Leo & Jolene Velter
Leo and Jolene Velter founded the club after Jolene’s snowbird parents learned that a water leak had been sitting unnoticed in their kitchen for more than a month. Their insurance would not cover the damage because the home had been vacant — and only an accredited, insured home watch company would have counted as professional oversight.
